Critical Rejection Triggers
- ✕No Handwriting: Lines 1–8 must be typed or clearly neat block print.
- ✕No Alterations: No white-out or strike-throughs.
- ✕No Highlighting: Creates scanner blind spots.
Perfect Form Standards
- ✓Use the IRS Form 4506-C.
- ✓Signature must never touch printed text.
- ✓If a typos happens, print a new form.
🆔 Taxpayer Identity (Lines 1–2)
- TIN Format: SSNs/EINs must include dashes.
- Borrower Limit: One per line. Primary on 1a, Spouse on 2a.
- Business Names: Max 22 characters for Line 1a.iii.
📍 Addresses (Lines 3–4)
- Box Segregation: Street/City/State/Zip must stay in their boxes.
- Line 3: Current Address cannot be blank.
- Matching: Must match IRS records exactly.
