Once we receive your documents, approval process can begin. Authorized users will receive login credentials by email after the account has been approved. Accounts can be activated within the same day.

What is the current 4506-C turnaround time?
Easy Verification’s current turnaround time is 1-2 business days. Turnaround times are subject to IRS work schedule and throughputs. Request received by the IRS after the 2:00 PM Eastern Time cutoff is considered received on the following work day. Any delays from holiday work schedule, scheduled system downtimes, and system delays are posted on the Users login page.

When and how will Easy Verification notify me if there is an issue with my order?
Our triple check validation process includes quality control by person before the order is submitted to the IRS. As your order advances through our system, in real time, we send out email notification and alerts, keeping you up to date.
How will I know when my order is complete?
We will send an email alerting you that the request is complete.
Why was my request rejected by the IRS?
IRS scrutinizes every 4506-C before processing and releasing the transcripts. If your request was rejected, Easy Verification will pass along the reason. The most common reasons are Social Security Number and Name and/or address do not match IRS records. If the taxpayer was a victim of identity theft, the IRS will not fulfill the request.
